Zanima me če je slučajno kaj napoti karterju ob demontaži (kolektor?)? Namen ga imam odstraniti in očistiti pa me zanima če lahko pričakujem kakšne zaplete ali se ga samo odvijači in sname stran? Gre se pa za V70 D5.

Tole je samo besedilo iz Vadisa. Sej verjetno znaš angleško... Si boš pa lažje predstavljal, če si dol potegneš Vadis pa pogledaš, ker so še slikice.

Remove:
-the tie strap for the servo hose from the engine stabiliser brace
-the engine cover by pulling it straight up
-the cross stay between the suspension turrets
-the oil dipstick and pipe
-the front mounting screw for the charge air pipe
-the nut for the rear engine mounting
-the vacuum hose for the engine mounting.
Disconnect the front hose from the charge air pipe. Plug the openings

Draining the engine oil
Remove the splashguard under the engine.
Drain the engine oil and remove the oil filter.
Release the oil cooler from the pan.
Hang up at the rear.

Removing the lower charge air pipe
Remove:
-the lower screw for the front engine mounting
-the lower torque rod and mounting in the gearbox
-the charge air hose from the charge air pipe
-the two screws for the charge air pipe in the gearbox.
Use a mobile jack with a lifting table. Carefully lift the rear edge of the gearbox so that the charge air pipe can be removed.

Removing the sump
Slacken off all the screws holding the sump.
Remove all but four screws.
It is recommended that the four screws in the corners of the pan are left in place.
Carefully tap the pan using a rubber mallet until the joint and its liquid gasket releases.
Remove the four remaining screws.
Remove the pan.


Cleaning
Clean the gasket surfaces on the sump and cylinder block.
Use a razor blade or a gasket scraper and gasket solvent 1161 440.
Warning! Use a fume bonnet or extractor when using gasket solvent.

Installing the sump

Installing the sump
Apply liquid gasket 1161 059 to the pan.
Use roller 951 2767 .
Install:
-new O-rings
-the oil sump. Secure the oil sump loosely using a few screws
-the remaining screws loosely.

Press the sump against the gearbox. Tighten the screws (1), (2), (3) and (4). Tighten to 3 Nm.
Tighten the screws (5). First tighten to 25 Nm. Then tighten to 48 Nm.
Tighten all screws in the sump joint. Tighten to 17 Nm.
Start at the gearbox and continue forwards in pairs.

Installing components
Install:
-the oil cooler using new O-rings
-the lower torque rod and mounting in the gearbox. Use a new through screw
-the lower screw for the front engine mounting.


Installing the lower charge air pipe
Use a mobile jack with a lifting table. Carefully lift the rear edge of the gearbox so that the charge air pipe can be installed.
Install:
-the two mounting screws for the charge air pipe in the gearbox -
-the charge air hose on the charge air pipe
-the front mounting screw for the charge air pipe.

Finishing
Replace the engine oil filter.
Install:
-the hose on the charge air pipe from the charge air cooler (CAC)
-the oil dipstick and pipe
-the vacuum hose for the engine mounting
-the nut for the rear engine mounting
-the cross stay between the suspension turrets
-the engine cover
-the servo hose to the engine stabiliser brace using a new tie strap.
Fill with engine oil. Run the engine to operating temperature.
Hint: Remember that a larger volume of oil than required at a normal oil change will be needed.
Check for oil leaks from the sump or oil cooler.
Install the splashguard under the engine.
Check the oil level. Top up if required.
